Why are we making lanterns? The Chrysler Museum of Art has been selected to participate in Downtown Norfolk’s 2026 Grand Illumination Parade this November, and we want you to be part of it!
Museum members and staff will march in the parade representing the Chrysler Museum of Art community with handmade lanterns that represent the Museum’s positive impact in the community -- lighting the way to brighter futures through exposure to Art, Education, Cultural experiences, and Community Connections.
